Why Daisies? - Daisy was the nickname of my grandmother Ella. She was the sole sibling of 17 to leave St. Gabriel, Louisiana for California. It was on her barbecue pit that I mastered my recipe, a pit which my family still owns today
Why EVES? - According the Abraham faiths, Eve was made from Adam’s rib. Makes sense to call a company which specializes in ribs Eves. The menu offerings will also reflect other Abraham faith characters.
Why Lavender? Lavender is a color that represents royalty. It especially stands out against a black back ground
